With the semiconductor sector affirming its critical importance across Europe, POEMS - the Portuguese Competence Centre in Semiconductors - invites leaders from industry, academia, and research to a high-level public event on 14 October at Pavilhão do Conhecimento – Centro Ciência Viva in Lisboa.

This one-day forum will bring together national and European experts to discuss Portugal’s strategic positioning within the Chips-JU Initiative and ecosystem. It will also showcase how POEMS is enabling innovation and industrial growth across the full semiconductor value chain - from design and advanced packaging to emerging technologies such as photonics, flexible electronics, and sensors.
